Terms and risk disclosure

Read this before subscribing. GapDiverge is educational research on a volatile market, not financial advice and not a promise of returns.

Risk warning

Trading Bitcoin carries a high risk of loss. You can lose all of the capital you commit. Published setups are the output of a rule based model, not advice, and past replay results do not predict future performance.

What the service is

GapDiverge publishes the output of one fixed, rule based research model on Bitcoin: MACD divergence on daily candles, measured against unfilled CME futures weekend gaps. It shows entries, stops and reference levels the model produced, plus the full historical record of everything it has ever produced.

It is educational research and market information. It is not investment advice, not a personal recommendation, and not a managed or discretionary service.

No advice, no custody, no execution

We never hold your funds, never connect to your exchange account and never place orders. Every decision to buy, hold or sell is yours alone, taken at your own risk and sizing.

Nothing on this site takes account of your circumstances, tax position or risk tolerance. If you need advice, speak to a licensed adviser in your jurisdiction.

Risk disclosure

Bitcoin is volatile and can lose a large part of its value quickly, including overnight and at weekends when the CME is closed. You can lose some or all of the money you commit.

Historical results shown on the track record are a replay of the model over past data. Past performance does not predict future results. The published record uses daily closing prices; a real account will differ because of slippage, spreads, exchange outages, funding costs on leverage and the timing of your own orders.

The sample behind the published statistics is small by design, because the model is out of the market most of the time. Small samples can flatter a strategy. Treat every headline number as directional evidence, not a guarantee.

All published results are unleveraged spot price moves. If you choose to use leverage, it multiplies both gains and losses and can result in liquidation well before a published stop level is reached, and it adds funding and maintenance margin costs that are not reflected anywhere on this site.

Subscription and billing

Paid access is billed monthly in advance at the price shown on the pricing page at the time you subscribe. Prices may change for future billing periods with at least 30 days' notice by email.

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops all future charges and access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro rate partial months.

We may suspend access for sharing credentials, redistributing published output, or attempting to scrape or resell the data.

Availability and data

Market data is read from public exchange endpoints, primarily Binance BTCUSDT spot, and CME session boundaries are handled in Chicago time. Exchange outages, rate limits or data errors can delay or distort what the terminal shows.

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for trading decisions made during an outage, a delay or a data error.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GapDiverge is not liable for trading losses, lost profits or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the previous twelve months.
