Privacy policy

What we collect

If you create an account or subscribe, we store your email address and the state of your subscription. That is the minimum needed to give you access and to contact you about the service.

Alert preferences you set on this site are saved in your browser's local storage on the device you set them on. Until alert delivery is switched on for your account, those settings never leave your device.

We keep basic technical logs, such as request times and error traces, so the terminal can be kept online and debugged.

What we do not collect

We never ask for exchange API keys, wallet keys or seed phrases, and there is nowhere on this site to enter them. GapDiverge is research only and cannot place, modify or view your trades.

We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Payments

Subscription payments are processed by a third party payment provider. Card details are entered with that provider and are never stored on GapDiverge servers. We only receive the subscription status and an invoice reference.

Market data

Price, candle and gap data are read from public exchange endpoints, primarily Binance BTCUSDT spot. These requests are made by the terminal, are not tied to your identity, and contain no personal information.

Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage entries required to keep you signed in and to remember your alert and display preferences. There is no advertising or cross-site tracking.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the data linked to your account, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for the account and its data to be deleted. Cancelling a subscription stops future billing immediately and access continues until the end of the paid period.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects how your data is used, we will notify subscribers by email before the change takes effect.
